Joel, of Magnum, The Gay Men's Wine Social is launching a new regular (maybe monthly) event called Wine Dive with us. The idea is to combine the comfort and casualness of a neighborhood bar with the wine and food you might find at a good wine bar, without the fussy wine bar experience. When's the last time you tried a new wine while playing some favorite tunes on the juke box?

There will be a good selection of wines by the glass at reduced prices, and some delicious food options -- including empanadas -- from Barnyard.

Magnum will be hosting this event, but it will not be exclusively Magnum (or replace Magnum). So their members are being encouraged to bring friends, gay straight and everyone else, to join them. The more the merrier!
