Music Mondays featuring Reverend Rhythm

Reverend Rhythm's Rockin Art and Music Revivals!

Reverend Rhythm is a native East Village resident. He cut his performance teeth at Dan Lynch's, Nightingale and in the NYC subway. He has a base in blues and rock but there is world feeling about his music.

His life changed when the winner of the first Sekovia fellowship played the Reverend's old beaten up nylon string guitar and made it sing. The classic hand style was then pursued. The music changed and has continued to grow.

He is a "now" player, often performing what comes to mind. He has a high energy show. It is obvious that he loves it.

He has played in clubs from San Antonio to Syracuse, New Orleans to New York and is allways demonstrating that creating is the answer!

In addtition to his music, The Reverand will present matted and mailable art by a number of artists, available in exchange for a donation.

Expect two sets, at 8:30 and 9:30. No cover.
